ChatGPT connection troubleshooting
- Confirm Developer Mode or the approved Signal87 plugin is enabled for your ChatGPT account and workspace role.
- Use the production endpoint https://signal87.ai/mcp.
- If search results appear stale, refresh the app in ChatGPT so it rescans current tool metadata.
- If authorization loops, revoke the old grant in connection settings, then reconnect.
- If an expected answer is missing, confirm it was saved in Signal87 History and search using a distinctive name, amount, phrase, or filename.
