1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing Signal87, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Signal87 for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and authorized access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it. Do not share access credentials or attempt to access another person's workspace. Workspace administrators may manage roles, content, integrations, and access for their organization.
3. User content and permissions
You retain your rights in documents, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant Signal87 the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content to provide and secure the service.
You must have the right to upload and process the content you provide. Do not use Signal87 to violate law, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, or contractual restrictions.
4. AI-generated results
Signal87 uses automated systems to analyze records and organize information. Results may be incomplete or incorrect and are not legal, financial, medical, compliance, or other professional advice. Review the attached citations and original sources before making consequential decisions.
5. ChatGPT app
The Signal87 for ChatGPT app provides read-only search and retrieval of content already stored in your Signal87 workspace. You authorize this access through OAuth and may revoke it at any time. ChatGPT's handling of tool output is governed by your agreement with OpenAI.
The app does not upload, edit, delete, or run new Signal87 analyses through its current tool set.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, use another person's identity, scrape or resell the service without authorization, or use it for activities prohibited by applicable law or OpenAI usage policies.
7. Availability, changes, and suspension
We may improve, modify, limit, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, legal compliance, misuse, or material breach. We aim to provide reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Signal87 is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. To the extent permitted by law, Signal87 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
